Vlněná Office Park is a newly emerging administrative center, which after its completion will offer 120,000 m2 of office and retail space in a high standard.
Wool Office Park grows on the site of a former textile factory, after which it has retained its name. It is located in the center of Brno and a huge advantage is the unrivaled public transport connections and the main bus and train station in Brno within walking distance. Underground parking lots offer plenty of parking spaces. The close proximity of the city center and the Galerie Vaňkovka department store will provide tenants with all civic amenities and services.

The Wool Office Park will consist of a total of ten buildings, many of which are already occupied and another ready to move into the first tenants. A leisure park with a pond and greenery has been built between the individual buildings.
All premises are certified according to the strict sustainability criteria of BREEAM buildings and offer office space that can be adapted to the requirements of individual tenants.
