Czechner Factory Park

The Czechner Factory Park administrative project will be created as an extension of the Nosreti Centrum complex at Křenová Street, thus complementing the Trnitá site with a modern yet intimate office building. The close proximity of the growing Vlněn administrative center gives the new building the opportunity to use the mutual synergies of both projects. The tenants of the Czechner Factory Park can use civic amenities both in the surrounding traditional buildings and the already functioning new network of Vlněné services, such as catering, a café and others.

The building will offer approximately 5,000 m2 of office space divided into 7 floors and one floor intended for residential use.

The ground floor of the building offers spaces for shops and a café.
