AVIATICA, Radlická, Prague 5 - Jinonice

The office building called Aviatica is the first swallow of extensive development in the Waltrovka area and will be located in the southeastern part of the complex in the immediate vicinity of Radlická Street. Construction of Aviatica began in December 2013. The building will have a total size of 27,000 m2 of leasable space and, in addition to modern category A office space, will also offer basic services such as a supermarket, drugstore and tobacco.
Aviatica is located in a very dynamically developing area of Prague 5 - Jinonice, on the border of the wider center of Prague, in the vicinity of the Anděl, Radlice and Butovice city districts. The location is easily accessible by all means of transport.
Thanks to a dense network of reliably functioning public transport, metro, bus and train connections can be conveniently used.

In the future, the construction of the Radlická radial south of Waltrovka is planned, which will ensure a quick connection of the entire locality to the inner ring road of Prague, the D5 motorway exit in the direction of Pilsen / Nuremberg and Václav Havel Airport.
